About our Services
Training our employees "the right way" from day one assures that each cleaner and supervisor understands and accepts each and every aspect of their specialised duty for your account. Typically, SH assigns a specific duty for each cleaning technician to perform within the contract, such as dusting, toilet cleaning, and other specified work duties. As a rule, SH management spends the first week or more of a contract touring the facility with the staff to be sure our cleaners have understood and are performing every aspect of their duties correctly. Our comprehensive planning and management systems provide everything necessary to maintain your premises' cleaning at peak efficiency and in the most cost effective manner. On-site supervisors and janitorial staff are checked to ensure that they perform to high hygiene standards as appropriate.

Stainless Horizons service contracts are tailored to the needs of small to medium sized businesses requiring daily or weekly services. Our cleaning specifications are designed to your requirements and, of course your budget. This is why so many companies are choosing our cleaning services. Based in Essex, with easy access to the London area, SH is ideally located to manage its cleaning contracts in central London, Docklands, the City, East and West Ends and all points in between to Dagenham in Essex. Minimum contract length is 3 months, although an annual contract will provide the most cost effective solution. We maintain regular contact with our clients to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. We recognise the right of the client to decide whether any of our personnel are appropriate to operate in their environment.
Our staff live locally to the contracts that they clean. Each member of our team is trained in the essential aspects of the COSHH Health and Safety Regulations. Written cleaning instructions are given to each of our operatives giving precise instructions as to what is required, so ensuring maximum efficiency. All sites are personally visited by our management whilst our staff are working, to check that standards are being maintained. As an essential part of liaison, customers are asked for a monthly satisfaction statement. No matter how large or small the contract is, each of our customers receives the same personal attention. |
